Year 1 – Build your foundation through the study of strategy, marketing, risk and financial performance.
Year 2 – Apply the skills through ABA’s interactive BankExec simulation, allowing you to manage and run your own bank.
Year 3 – Become the leader you strive to be through the study of ethical leadership and managing through challenge to drive organizational change.

You’ll Be Prepared for Anything

The intense program is comprised of three one-week sessions, held over a three-year period, plus extension work between sessions. You will learn to develop strategies to be proactive in today’s competitive marketplace, improve the effectiveness of your internal working relationships and hone your skills in key areas of banking.

The learning experience involves a variety of settings, including lectures, group discussions, computer simulations, team activities, case studies and peer presentations. A wide range of elective courses enable you to meet and personalize your development goals. In addition, through a strategic Capstone Project, you will be able to apply the skills and knowledge gained at Stonier to a major initiative within your own organization.

As a Stonier graduate, you can qualify for advanced standing in a number of MBA online courses through the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, including a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics and Bachelor in Business Administration.

Earn Academic Credits

Students may be awarded 9 graduate academic credits and an exception of electives and foundation courses, a 10% tuition discount and a GMAT waiver for all ABA Stonier graduates by University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management.
