ABA Events and our official partner hotels will never contact you directly to book accommodations or request payment information. Any unsolicited calls, emails, or messages claiming to represent a hotel or the event—especially those requesting immediate payment or offering discounted rates—are scams. Please make reservations only through the official booking link or contact information provided by ABA and report any suspicious outreach to ABA Events.

Conference rates and the conference room block are for attendees only. Once your conference registration is complete, your confirmation email will detail how to book accommodations with the official hotel booking link. If you must cancel your hotel reservation, please do so as soon as possible. Timely cancelation helps ensure that rooms are available for other conference attendees, especially before the reservation deadline.
