About the Legislation:

Creates a reporting mechanism to the TN Bureau of Investigation where financial institutiosn can report suspteced elder financial exploitation and TBI will investigate.
Note: Since the program launched on Oct. 1, 2024 through March 2026, TBI received 479 qualified reports and $22,612,583 in requested transactions; $48,392,431 fraudulent transactions detected after investigation
