Leading the AI-enabled bank

AI is rapidly evolving into an enterprise-wide tool, creating opportunities for banks to improve operational efficiency, strengthen decision making and better serve customers. This interactive session moves beyond AI theory to focus on practical, banking-specific examples you can apply immediately in your day-to-day work across the organization.

Through live demonstrations, real-world banking use cases and peer discussion, discover how AI can support strategic planning, communication, operational efficiency and organizational adoption. Leave with actionable next steps for leading AI adoption.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet with access to a GenAI tool to enhance the interactive portions of the session, though it is not required.

Ben Udell is the founder of Ben Udell Consulting, where he helps banks and organizations accelerate responsible AI adoption through practical strategy, leadership development, and hands-on training. A 30-year banking veteran, Ben spent the second half of his banking career leading retail banking, client experience, marketing, and innovation for a $3 billion community bank before launching his consulting practice. He also advises bank technology providers and fintech companies, helping them better align their solutions with the needs by serving as a banking and subject matter expert.
